● While Ticketjee strives to ensure secure payment transactions, please note that we cannot take responsibility for any card-related scams. We are committed to supporting our customers and will assist you in resolving any payment issues to the best of our ability.
Booking:
● Ensure all passenger names are correct as per their passports or CNICs. Incorrect names may lead to cancellation and rebooking at additional cost.
● Once you successfully book and pay, you'll receive a voucher confirming your reservation.
● Pending bookings: Prices and availability may change. Contact customer service before making new reservations to confirm the status of an existing pending booking.
● Ticketjee is not responsible for unpaid bookings. Cancellation fees apply as per the booking policy.
Travel Documents:
● Ensure you and all accompanying travelers have valid passports, visas (if required), vaccinations, and relevant identification documents (CNICs) for your destination.
● Ticketjee is not responsible for obtaining visas. It is your responsibility to apply well in advance.
● Check your passport and visa validity with the relevant embassy or consulate.
Domestic Flight Bookings:
● For domestic flights within Pakistan, CNICs are generally accepted as valid identification for adults and valid birth certificates for children below 15 years old.
● Additional identification documents may be required for international flights or specific airlines.
Booking Information:
● Ticketjee reserves the right to verify and cancel bookings with incorrect information.
● Ticketjee may take legal action to protect its rights in case of incorrect information or misuse of services.
Prices and Offers:
● Ticketjee's quoting system may have fixed or dynamic pricing depending on the supplier and season. Price changes after booking will be communicated, and you can choose to proceed or cancel.
● New special offers after booking confirmation cannot be applied to existing bookings.
● Prices are subject to change due to exchange rates, taxes, or supplier requests. Ticketjee is not responsible for such increases.
● Promotional offers only apply to new bookings, not existing ones.
● All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or changed without prior notice.
Last-Minute Bookings:
● Domestic flight bookings within 3 hours of departure are considered last-minute bookings.
● You are responsible for obtaining boarding passes and completing check-in procedures for last-minute bookings.
● Ticketjee is not responsible for missed flights or denied boarding passes for last-minute bookings.
Group Bookings:

Hotel Information:
● Ticketjee displays information about hotels based on descriptions provided by the hotel supplier.
● Hotel star ratings, facilities, and services are as described by the supplier.
● Ticketjee will notify you of any significant changes made by the supplier to the hotel description or facilities.
● Some activities and facilities may have additional charges or seasonal availability.
● Early check-out or late check-in policies may apply depending on the hotel's occupancy and season.
● Changing guest names and room modifications may be subject to hotel policies and fees.
● Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the hotel's terms and conditions.
● Contact Ticketjee customer service for cancellation or modification requests.
General Hotel Policies:
● Each hotel has its own policies regarding check-in/out times, smoking, additional taxes, etc. Check these policies before booking.
● City taxes may apply in addition to the booking amount and are payable directly to the hotel.
Changing Hotels:
● The supplier may need to cancel your booking due to overbooking, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Ticketjee will work to find alternative accommodation of similar category and location.
● Non-refundable hotel bookings cannot be changed.
Airline Policies:
● Airline cancellation and modification fees vary depending on the fare class and carrier.
● Domestic flight check-in is 1.5 hours before departure unless stated otherwise.
● Ticketjee is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival at the airport.
● In case of baggage loss, contact the airport authorities and the airline. Ticketjee is not responsible for lost baggage.
● Seat selection changes made by the airline are beyond Ticketjee's control.
● Airline policies regarding layovers exceeding 6 hours vary depending on the carrier.
● Partial ticket usage and refund policies depend on the carrier's terms and conditions.
Umrah Policies
● Anyone travelling for Umrah needs to have the same carrier ticket for return.
Flight Changes and Cancellations:
● If your flight schedule changes, the airline will let you know and offer alternative options, like a different flight or refund. You choose!
● Remember, airlines control changes and fees, not Ticketjee. Check your email and account notifications regularly for updates.
● Missing a notification due to your own negligence won't entitle you to compensation. Be proactive!
Special Hotel Policies:
● Some hotels have their own rules, like early check-out fees or no name changes. Read the fine print before booking!
● When you confirm your booking, additional terms from the hotel are added. Make sure you agree with everything before finalizing.
● If your booking gets rejected, Ticketjee might offer you a similar option, but you might need to pay extra or get a refund.
Transferring Flight Reservations:
● Flight schedule changes, cancellations, or name changes may incur additional charges or restrictions as per the airline's policy.
● Changing flight schedules depends entirely on the terms and conditions of the carrier regarding flight cancellations or schedule modifications. You will be informed of the changes via one of the communication methods mentioned in the reservation. You will be provided with alternative options and solutions depending on the carrier's terms. In this case, the customer has the right to choose between the presented alternatives or to request a refund after the carrier's approval.
● If the customer fails to check the notification regarding changes made by Ticketjee, Ticketjee disclaims responsibility, and the customer is not entitled to any compensation or the like.
Special Supplier Policies
● Some suppliers may impose their own special policies, which are mentioned in the booking policy before confirmation. We advise reading these policies before proceeding with the booking.
● When purchasing any service from Ticketjee, additional terms and conditions are added to the list of the previous terms and conditions upon confirming your booking. By doing this, you automatically enter into an agreement with the service you have chosen. For example, all services and cancellation policies agreed upon at the time of booking are binding, and they are dictated by the chosen supplier.
● It should also be known that in some cases where reservations may be rejected by the supplier, it is possible to replace the service with a different one of the same type, provided that the price difference, if any, is paid, or a refund is made in case of service rejection.
Seat Upgrade (Booking Class)
● Passengers can upgrade their seats through Ticketjee and pay the fare difference before the departure time, according to the rules of the airline, subject to availability. Ticketjee cannot upgrade the seat when issuing the boarding pass at the airport. In this case, if you upgrade the booking class at the airport, the payment will be made directly to the airline at the airport.
Payment Methods
● When booking through Ticketjee's website or one of its applications, you can make payments using (Visa and MasterCard credit cards), as well as via bank transfer to one of the company's accounts. Additionally, you can pay with Ticketjee Rewards.
● “Book now, Pay Later” feature is available with specific hotels through Ticketjee, and it is displayed with the option to pay online (Book Now, Pay Later).
● If the booking exceeds the final payment deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled without charges.
● Please note that booking and payment are made through our website, Ticketjee.
● The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation under any circumstances if the payment is not completed.
Card Fees
● Please note that a card fee of will be applied automatically to Credit/Debit card payments amounting 2.5% of the total billing amount. This fee covers a range of costs associated with processing bookings paid for by credit card including the merchant fees of the various credit card companies, payment processing costs, administration costs, the cost of maintaining IT systems used for payment security to minimize credit card fraud, credit card chargebacks and associated fees.
Credit Card Chargeback Fees
● Any fees charged to Ticketjee by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder's credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Problems and Complaints
● Ticketjee strives to satisfy its customers. In case of any problem or dispute, Ticketjee will make every effort to resolve it amicably to the customer's satisfaction while preserving the rights of all parties.
● The customer should submit their complaint via email to info@ticketjee.com and Ticketjee will get in touch to address the complaint.
● It is a requirement that the complaint be submitted by the affected person personally or by their agent, along with the booking reference number and supported by evidence and proof. All information and data related to the problem should be provided. If this is not done, the complaint will not be considered.
● Ticketjee reserves the right to reject complaints and even demand compensation from the customer in case the customer fails to prove the issue, which damages the reputation of the company.
